I don't care if it's not changed, I just want to give some information out that he probably knows (but he may not) so we all know the spelling RA uses. That's all.

I don't know of any other usages of "Amerika" by RA.

I think the message is how everybody seeks to achieve a dream, but yet it is a dream fabricated through needs and wants that aren't genuine, only accepted norms generated through the conformity of the general public. He has an American dream, but it doesn't involve furthering the goals of the social norm, but it involves his own aspirations of revolution, and it contradicts the conformed idea so many us look to achieve. Of course, I could be incorrect, I only hope this gives you perspective.
