DOES ANYONE know of a way to see what the monthly profits of WMG are ? I would like to see how much of an effect all of our boycotting has done the past 2+ months. Remember-WMG bought Atlantic records-that means all those 70's artists who were on Atlantic are now WMG, like Led Zep, Yes and Alice Cooper. And THE MONKEES ! Boycott films at theatres, dvds, cds and any other merch as me and others are doing and spread the word !

So of my favorites are gone I had to remove some of them form Knight Rider theme with the Hoff,Charles Angles,MoonLighting theme, a few Nelly Fatdo videos,and others. Cause of them, and they are miss useing the copyright term rules.

I've had two of my vids pulled because of this bullshit, and even though Stone Temple Pilots wasn't on the list of artists. I agree with Mercurius, Youtube needs to get off their asses and do something about this.

to boycott something means to not do it. lets say you hate a BP gas station. so you boycott them by not buying any gas from them. hopefully if millions of people boycott BP gas station, then they will go out of business. (only an example)

This is a load of shit. We are going to lose a lot of good music. I mainly come to the site to see reviews on products and listen to music. It is convenient to listen to music here cause i don't have to worry about scratching a CD. I own all of the music i listen to here. You Tube promotes artists. Next they will want to start pulling videos for putting album covers on there. Greedy fucking bastards.

They blocked my video "Put the Clock back on the Wall" last week. I protested and filed a dispute with W M G... W M G and Rhino don't own that song....and if they did it would be nice if THEY would send me some Royalties ....of coarse they won't. I'm the co-founder of the E-types and Lead Vocalist / Rhythm Guitar for the group! It's back up for now, But I'm not sure for how long.

We love music! We can't stand by silently while the music industry continues its decades-long effort to lock up our culture! If you think that it sucks that audio had to be disabled here BOYCOTT MUSIC INDUSTRY!
- Only buy audio-cds second-hand from now on (Use amazon's second-hand section or ebay from apparently private persons)
- Don't download from online music stores anymore
- Support self-marketing bands
- Spread this message here on every muted video you encounter
