Holy crap, I actually remember this commercial...and I was four!
The animation is reminiscent of some of Terry Gilliam's cartoon drawings.

I thought Gilliam, too... Could it be, maybe...? Yeah, I remember a whole series of these ads - three or four, maybe. Wow, it's been ages. I was 4 myself!
