  • haha awesome!

  • haaa very funny ! nice combination !

  • Just for your info, D-BOX already showed DiRT 2 with motion at E3 so I can't wait to get my hands on it this december! :D

Also, when I said affordable compared to competition... I paid 3.6k for my SRP-120 but the soon-to-be-released GPH-120 will be 3.5k. ;p ...so much for being an early adopter. heh. Check my videos! (SHIFT ones coming soon)

  • Pretty impressive machine but as gofojibwas said, it's pretty pointless showing that to the public.

I'm an owner of a D-BOX SRP-120 motion platform and even though it doesn't move as much as those giant monsters, the effects are way more realistic and you know what's best? It's actually affordable _compared_ to the competition, it fits well in a living room, it's very low on power consumption (2.5A) AND it can be used along with movies (equally as awesome by the way ;).

  • KEN BLOCK ownz in REAL LIFE and in DiRT, pure skill.

    Ken 4EVER!

  • I bet that machine costs thousands

  • Showing this to the public is like showing a dog a million sides of beef. We can never, ever have :(

  • How much? and where can I get it?

  • That is exactly the two I want. You Rule!

  • The default wheel settings are way way off, Id be intrested to know what settings they are using for it to feel real, Been online on the Demo all afternoon and first thing I noticed was its really really twitchy, Seems like they using the arcade aspect in this, In fact it feels alot like the GRID/Dirt physics engine. Awesome game but plz Codies give us the wheel settings, I got it feeling a little better.

  • Ive been using wheels for years, I have 3 different FFB wheels so I know how to set those up and what to do with the settings but what I was saying is they say it feels real, Id be intrested to know the wheel settings they are using for it to feel " Real " Its very very twitchy just like Dirt and GRID are. Ive just got a sad feeling they have purposly made it like this for arcade and marketing reasons. Still an awesome game tho, LoL. Thanks man !

  • The key is to increase linearity. This will make the wheel much less twitchy. I recommend a linearity of 7 or 8. Leave the other settings alone. Increase all FFB settings to 60 or 70 percent.

    Bingo.

  • Cheers buddy ill try that in a minute, I always turn all FFB effects up and I tried increasing deadzone to 5 and helped a bit but its still a bit wobbly, But yeah if I can find linear settings I will try it and let you know.

  • Hey Mickey, I would not increase dreadzone. If you do, the wheel will initially not react at all - and then suddenly do a very sharp turn. And then you`re back in twitchy town! ;-)

  • Yeah man Ive got it now mate, well its loads better, Cheers for that I did not see the linear setting before, Sometimes it can be the deadzone, It did actually feel a bit better than originally but now you helped me with linear its all good now, I carnt wait to get this game. Thanks again man.
