  • well people have different tastes and smells so not everyone thinks durian smells and taste good. But i love durian i love the smell of it

  • you need buy really GOOD durian and then just eat it... then you will find the taste that is hidden in it...

Durians not of good quality does not taste good....

  • No miracle ! Smells really bad, but as to it's eating, it offers really nice impression !

  • Only idiots can't stand Durians - The King of Fruits.

  • @myway12345 Andrew Zimmers couldn't stand it, and he is known to eat anything.

  • STRAITS PEOLE LOVE IT!

  • The smell (and consequently the taste) of Durian is totally an acquired taste but trust me, it's worth it! At first I couldn't get near the fruit (when I was living in Southeast Asia), and in a short while I couldn't get enough of it! I agree with Nhurm regarding Durian's addictive potential...

  • oo hahah))))

  • Durian is addictive. It's like any other drug. The first time is a trial and then you can't get enough.

  • PEOPLE EAT DURIAN IN YAKUTIA?

    what a surprise!

  • O...its kind of waste...durian is so delicious, well, maybe tat was in my country.I like it,but i reli don think tat taste like rotten tomatoes?or dirty socks?ginger?

Durian has many type, but normally the taste can simply differentiate into 2 taste.Tats sweet n bitter. Most foreign bought sweet 1 becoz tat might taste better for u guy.But for those who reli like durian(like me),we prefer bitter than sweet.Coz tat taste more savory. From ur description,u probably bought sweet 1.

  • Well, I kinda like it after I grew up. I think it's sweet but a little too strong for the smell...

Well, it's not stink or taste horrible.

Just too sweet and strong perhaps. :)

    Where did you bought it?

    It's rare in northern countries...

  • Гыыыы =)

  • Oh, I LOVE durian!

Really, I love it so much. Maybe because I grew up with it, but I think the smell is fairly fragrant and the taste is delicious.

    Perhaps it's just me though!

  • ahahah, looks painful.

  • it is kinda painful!:))

oh my god!:) my fridge smells durian till now!:)))

  • уу джа=)))))

  • Did you two swallow that first bite? Once someone gave us one, but we had to pass it (not cut open yet) on to someone else. We did not dare to (or, even think of) trying it. :-))

  • Yeah, we were brave enough to swallow it, but I can feel the taste of it even now!:)))

  • btw how does it tastes? i didn't understand it from movie

  • It tastes like rotten tomatoes, sugar, dirty socks and ginger mixed together:)) and its consistency is soft like banana's... yuck!:)))

don't believe wily sellers, who say it's delicious!:)) it tastes as it smells!:))

  • @ExUmira2

well it does smell bad, but the taste is really great if not marvelous and for that reason it got the name the king of fruit. But to be fair durian got hell lot of species really, some taste really strong, some a bit bitter some a bit mild, some a really sweat some a bit "blend" etc etc. In short the richness is diverse really.

  • @ExUmira2

Among the durian lover themselves, they also have a special preference, say one like this few type but not the few one, while some people just enjow the variety of taste. Perhaps it's a bit like cheese, we got hell different type of cheese yet it taste different and of course they got their own lower who's fancy this type for sure

  • your english is like native. One can think you live in america =)
