The first bit (night) is in the center of Lisbon, I can't remember the name of the square but it's really close to the center area where the terraces are (hope this helps).
The other bit (day) is in an abandoned warehouse, you have to take the boat and cross the river, then, when you come out of the boat, just turn left and you will see a big abandoned building. There are some Rumanians living there but if you tell them you're just going to paint or watch the graffiti they will be ok with it.
