Most actors only play "themselves" because people want to see them like that but that's not really good acting.

No. "Sexy" is a function of more than looks. There are only so many ways to be handsome. Symmetry, strong features, good skin, eyes, whatever. With billions of people on the planet, there's bound to be more than one that fill the bill. But it's also a factor of charisma, talent, and artistic exposure. Being Brad Pitt the movie star definitely improves his appeal. That he takes risks and does really good work also helps. Amazingly he appeals to women without alienating guys. That's how cool he is

With billions of people on the planet, there's bound to be more than one that fill the bill. But it's also a factor of charisma, talent, and artistic exposure. Being Brad Pitt the movie star definitely improves his appeal. That he takes risks and does really good work also helps. Amazingly he appeals to women without alienating guys. That's how cool he is

As a successful and famous actor, anything Brad Pitt does will be heavily critiqued. He can give millions to the effort in New Orleans and it is seen as an act of neccessity for "PR purposes", But who's to determine if his effort was actually heart felt?

Although I have nothing against gay men, I am definately not gay. Brad Pitt has in my opinion given a number of good performances. Those include his performance in True Romance, his oscar nominated performance in Twelve Monkeys, his role in Snatch as an Irish Knacker, and his role in Seven.

I know alot is said about his looks and if you were going to classify him in that dept, he obvious is a good looking guy and I think as he gets older, he had improved greatly in the acting dept. As far as the worst actor, I think Tom Cruise takes that award hands down.
