man i love classixx so much but i have to wonder...why would they remix this and that AWFUL shwayze song. i am very open to listening to remixes of terrible songs but they left too much of the original songs in these remixes.

Amazing. Everything these guys touch is dope. And I have many dub records that have vocals. Generally there are less vocals and more drawn out, "dubby" instrumentals to a dub, but a strictly no vocal version would indeed be an instrumental.

wrong, a dub is the same song with NO VOCALS, thats why its called a dub... sometimes the opening and ending beat intro are extended, and this is sometimes referred to as a club mix, get yo facts right fool, i kid but seriously thats what dub means

Actually, you're the one that is wrong... dub is the same song with no vocals?! That is called an "instrumental version"... And gobionekonobi is pretty much right, a dub is a more rythmic version that CAN have vocals, and if it has, the hook is important since it's the most appealing part in the music... try listening more dub mixes instead making nonsense statements :\
