well, it ain't offside because just as the ball leaves Lauren's head at 0:29, Henry is a yard outside the white line whereas the defender in white is standing ON the line. NOT offside.

or to be more precise, the defender's forward/left leg is on the line while the right leg dangles outside. Henry's forward leg is in line with the defender's dangling/'outer' leg, so NOT offside. of course, don't expect referees to see that, it's just a lucky goal.
