I've been working on a collection of "trophies". Whenever I beat a Touhou Final Boss, I make them part of my background slideshow for my computer. So far I have Remilia, Yuyuko, Ran, Yukari, Kaguya, Eirin, Mokou, Kanako, and Utsuho. Yukari was the hardest, but as far as the main storyline goes, Utsuho was the hardest.

It actually isnt too hard at all once you get used to it ^^

For SA, the only boss I find to be truly hard is Orin x.x

the farthest i've made it up until now was until her 3rd spell card... and that took me already like 1 or 2 hours...

Alright.. All I have to say is this.. Whoever was saying the previous Touhous were too easy... I HATE YOU. Seriously, whoever did so made Zun make normal on SA comparable to hard or even some Lunatic on EoSD..

Yeah, watching this and looking at the bullet-density in thumbnails of other "Normal" gameplay videos, I can only keep exclaiming "This is on Normal!?"

I haven't made my way to SA yet, but it looks like when I get there ... well the day will probably end with me in a corner after a short playthrough of Easy reflecting on the happy memories of Cirno.

I was stuck on stage 5 normal, and I went and try Imperishable Night hard mode for like a little fun, and I easily reached stage 5 with no continues o_o I guess it's all thanks to the difficulty of Subterranean Animism Normal.. Now I'm confident in myself now :D I'm not that miserable now that I know Subterranean Animism Normal = Imperishable Night Hard.

Um, this is Lunatic mode, but yes, it is insane. :D

The trick is to carefully memorize the patterns of the attacks, and to keep an eye on your character and only look where your enemy is with your corifial vision. (I don't know how to spell corifial, sorry xD;)

Her spellcards are all of Yukari's cards o.o

I realized it from the very first spellcard. Her second last one is Yukari's SWR Visionary card, and her last one is Border of Wave and Particle

thats whats unique to this boss. She copies spellcards of your partner once she talks in the middle of the boss fight.

her first spellcard is specific to herself, it has nothing to do with yukari and she uses it with every character you use, the only cards she "steals" are her last three

Yep. The first time I faced her with Reimu C, I was like "Hey, I've seen this before in MoF!".

Yukari's spellcards are tougher than Aya's from my experience. Especially since Aya's first spellcard is easy to dodge.
