THeir ocg art is often different ( not sure if they still continue that, but) They change it in the TCG to make it more "kid friendly'.

Oh, cause their allowed to use both tcg and ocg since Konami favor their own people more than Americans and others, they don't allow TCG players to use OCG cards cause Konami are money hungry basterds :D. Hope i helped lol.
