If u think about it fruits and veggies in bulk r cheaper than meat. And if ur substituting for a meal, even cheaper, and if u go out to eat for lunch or dinner but substitute for this than its cheaper still. Lower what u spend on animal products and going out and the cost won't seem as bad.
.......if i had 10 servings every day, i would be spending a ridiculous amount of money on groceries each week.
im sorry to go on a rant, but im starting to wonder that if i cannot afford this lifestyle, should i just give up weight training and start eating cheap processed crap everyday??
not to mention i dont have time to stand in the kitchen for an hour preparing the next days onslaught of fruit and vegetables....

i recently read in an article on bodybuilding(.com) that, quote, "Don't embarrass yourself and ask what multivitamin to take if you're not eating at least 10 serving of fruits and veggies a day."...........

I use a Vita-Mix for the reason that you said to eat the whole vegetable. It's also easier clean up than a juicer.
