OH!!! I got it...the meat was added with the sauce or gravy...MMMM!!!...YUMMY!!! That definitely was a masterpiece of a lasagna!!! Thanks Grandma for sharing such a GREAT recipe...eventhough I am 14 months late!!! LOL!!! 20 Stars is my rating on Grandma Rosa's cooking technique!!! ONE LOVE!!!
First off, this is the sweetest lady I have ever seen on the net....Not allot of Italian Mothers or Grand Mothers like sharing Cooking Secrets... She reminds me why I am PROUD to be an Italian!!!! I just made this recipe... I tweaked it a bit by adding a de-boned boiled chicken to my Tomato Gravy, turned out GREAT!!! Added a little bit of Parsley to my Ricotta... Other than that, I made one of the best Lasagnas I have ever mad.. Thank you Mama Rosa!!! Kisses and Hugs to you!!! Ciao!!
This was wonderful! Can't tell you how much I enjoyed watching this. I'm past 60 but still remember my grandmother who talked and sounded just like grandma Rosa. Her dialect was just like I remembered. Also the lasagna looks wonderful. I'm going to try and make it ASAP! Let's hear and see LOTS MORE FROM GRANDMA ROSA!!
Great video and cute lady. I wish I had a grandmother to teach me how to cook. I have had to watch youtube to see how people cook and the recipes and memories on here are priceless.
This was a great idea. I appreciated Anthony trying to question amounts throughout the process, because I hope to use this video to improve my cooking. I never would have thought of cinnamon. This video preserves something special.
oh man my favorite Italian dish and food other then Cambodian. I know what brand of lasagna sheet to use now..
