Because of how unorganized the school is. I wouldn't be able to be as effective as I want. I'm going to propose to the owner that I teach an after school Chinese class. Teaching 300 or so K4-6th graders in an unorganized setting would take a lot of my energy and I don't think effective learning would take place.
