Sinnoh kind of sucked (even though earlier on in it Dawn was the closest thing to realistic character development we've had, sadly), but Unova is amazing. It's pretty much taken all of the most awesome things from previous seasons and recycled them in ways that feel both new and nostalgic rather than repetitive, as well as adding a lot of new innovative stuff and some of the deepest and best Pokemon personalities yet~
