The Yamaha Cs1x and Cs2x are the perfect beginners Synth/Rompler because they are fairly easy to use and decent as Midi Keyboards afterwards for better Sounding Vsti's. I have mine since the Ninties and still use it as Midi Keyboard and here and then it still is a good choice for Pads - combined with a lot of Outboard Effects you can even make the old and limited Cs1x Sound good.

i have one and its so beat up this one looks all nice and new. lol. i still sample sounds off mine although i dont take out to play but i sample kool things from it always what you do with sounds that counts. hey great video man! you play great dude!

I like how you make everything all weird and warped, and stretch the limits of what can be heard. Everyone else makes a demo, it's nice and pretty and trying to sound as good as a Steinway. Not you, you show a synth warts and all. Those are the kind of sounds I want to hear. Jeffrey Daumer? Really? I can't look at this keyboard without thinking of that, now. You should have been around at the beginning of MTV. It would have been so much better. More grisly and ghastly.

Cześć! Mam Yamaszkę cs1x i uporczywy problem. W trybie PERFORMANCE gdy chcę zaprogramować jakieś własne brzmienia włączają mi się czasami bębny, ale to nie tylko kwestia bębnów - chcę wyczyścić całkowicie jakieś brzmienie i stworzyć swoje od 0, ale nie wszystkie 'instrumenty' mogę usunąć - wiesz może jak to zrobić? W instrukcji nie mogę się doszukać.. . Oczywiście mowa o brzmieniach z banku USER.

Usually, FX pedals must be connected between instrument and amplifier (on audio cable) so they have audio-in and audio-out connectors.

The problem is that effect is applied to all keyboard instruments, including drums.
