This is not at all racist. What's racist is that black men and women are neglected and don't get a fair shot at a lot of the awards and accolades that white people receive. So we create our own awards, magazines, tv channels, businesses, and schools, because we have never needed white people or any other ethnicity to determine our greatness. We built the white house...and finally we can live in the house we built...
