The difference is that FNM broke up in 1998 on very good terms. Mike Patton was always open to getting back together with them.

Bungle's breakup was extremely personal and ugly. The only way I could see them getting back together is if they regroup without Trey Spruance.

Um, Wolfmother are one of the most unoriginal bands to come out of anywhere (let alone Australia) in years. Having seen them both before and after they got big, the most they did was pose with big hair. Those retrograde 70s rock pastiche bands are a dime a dozen in Sydney. FNM have ALWAYS pushed the envelope, even before Patton joined, and exponentially so since.
