Translation: you can't explain it because you are incorrect. But, if what you said is true and lawsuit is about who has the authority to handle immigration, isn't it ridiculous to you that the feds don't secure the border and are suing AZ over who has the authority?
Again, so they don't do what they are supposed to do and sue to prove they have the authority to do it?

:( plus so many people are blind to it. i use to think that pollution and making sure we create a sustainable future should be #1 on to-do lists. But after watching and reading so much lately, i fear that #1 preventing this scary "New World Order" is #1. there is alot stacked against the average person, its overwhelming that so much has been going on and we had no idea.

@andy18401 Obama did not teach constitutional law. He was a speaker at Columbia. His publications page lists his two autobiographical books, but no academic work of any sort, much less any academic writings on constitutional law. Obama was not an assistant, an associate or a law professor. He was only a part-time lecturer in Constitutional law and spent a lot of time teaching the Alinsky rules.
That has been confirmed by Rober Gibbs who got in trouble with Pelosi for speaking the truth.

@TheAlexJonesChannel Since when is Obama more corrupt than Bush? I don't know whether the suing is normally unconstitutional, but I see this as irrelevant IN THIS CASE. The AZ immigration law is unconstitutional in the first place. So if they essentially break their contract with the US gov to uphold the constitution, sanctions are justified; i.e. Breach of contract=right for other party to terminate contract. Obviously this'd be a problem (not to mention political suicide) if the Fed Gov tried

(2) to boot AZ from the Union, but that ain't happening. Furthermore, how is Obama suing AZ on behalf of other citizens? I suppose you could argue that the Fed Gov collectively represents US citizens, but no specific citizens (as far as I know) have called for him to take this action.

(4) Ok, I guess you were referring to FOREIGN states (governments) as you allude to when talking about the historical government for the 11th ammendment, not individual states within the union. That being the case, the US Federal Government is NOT a foreign government! Thank you for at least referring specifically to the consitutional passage, though. Also, why don't just smoke, rather than sel the opium when it's supply is in major abundance (supposedly constitutes ~90% of the Afghan economy)?

@synchronium24 if the fed gov't won't live up to its contract with the states to do its job.then it is the fed gov't that has broken its agreement with the states and the state has every right to do what it thinks is in its own best interest to protect its people.obama admitted that he won't secure the border because he wants amnesty.that is a clear dereliction of duty.if az law is unconstitutional then fed law is too.because with fed law you don't need reasonable suspicion.
