  • now all we have to do is add some muscle cars, take a cold beer, roll a nice joint and watch how they get their asses kicked by the honda's.

    Honda forever

  • 3.23 hehehe

  • do you play grand turismo 5?.....i'll verse you in that.lol

  • Your'e a great driver, keep it up.

  • @core3200tm

    Thanks!

  • Awesome video man. If your still racing in 2 years then I look forward to running ya. :D Once out the military im in till then just NASA HPDE for me :D

  • @importcarg

Thanks! I look forward to running with you. Currently putting the car back together for H2!

  • @prkiller Awesome, I was reading the rules on the site. And im unsure of what class I wanna go into. I have a 93 Civic hatch with stock B20B. Just a shitty intake and exhaust on it from when I bought the car. But it has ground control, control arms and unknown coilovers. I will do alot more research to find out whats legal and what works. I also see that alot of guys run in H4. So I need to find out what class is best to drive in too. I cant freakin wait though! :D

  • @importcarg

You want to run in H2 as well then. B20 is classed in H2 and you'll be able to get in that class without much work. It'll be so much fun when you start racing! Enjoy every minute on the track learning!

  • @prkiller Oh okay. When I was reading up on the rules I thought any car any motor as long as it meets the weight requirements. I was also seeing that the motors must be in stock form depending on what class. I assume intake, header, exhaust, and tunning is aloud no matter what class? But I watched your 2008 video and noticed that you had an LS/VTEC. They still consider that to be stock? When I get back from deployment I will go to an HPDE that has a Honda Challenge event and talk to people

  • @importcarg

That's the best route to take! So, thumbs up to you.

H1 is the the fastest class, but also the most expensive. Fully built B series engines, or nearly stock K motors.

H2 is for "swapped" cars like yours. H4 is for "stock motored" cars.

Every class allows I/H/E and tuning!

The rules really are pretty easy to read through, so give them a quick look-see. They are posted here.

  • @prkiller hondachallenge . com

  • @prkiller Yeah Im on the rules page right now. I musta missread alot of things my first time there. But now I see im aloud to rase my compression and use the Crower cams. I aint read all the way to the bottum but im still lost on whats aloud and whats not. All it says for a B20 is the compression and cams. It doesnt say what else is aloud or whats not. then I went to look for the cams just now and only come up with B16 and B18 cams. Can I put a B18c1 head on my B20 block and still be legal

  • @importcarg

H2 rules are toward the bottom. Go there and read what is allowed for all H2 cars. It covers everything from brakes to engine parts. Remember, that the rest of the rules through the book that are "general" rules for the HC series also apply to H2.

For cams, the rules give you the part number to order directly from Crower for your B20.

Hope that helps. Going to the track and talking to HC racers will also help ALOT!

  • @prkiller Yeah I read through the whole rule guide right after I posted and realized I posted to soon lol. But I did search that part number and came up with only VTEC cams on crowers site. I assume you can upgrade springs and retainers. But thanks for all the help bud. Goodluck for the next 2 years till im there and start winning ;) lol

  • nice.. this is what i want to do..drag is gay

  • wow. awesome driving. that blue integra was putting up a fight! it's nice to see a good quality battle.

  • excellent driver

  • Do they run sedans in those races? If they do I was wondering if a 95 EG can hold up against everyone else.

  • They sure do. Just about any Honda or Acura can compete in NASA's Honda Challenge Series.

They can be very competitive platforms with the right driver behind the wheel.

  • hey awsome vidios.. could u give me some info on where the races are held and how to get into them and where to start im extremly interested. i don't know anything about NASA races and where they are held the rules

  • great video. Nic polite fighting. Could you tell me the name of the circuit where is that wonderful horizon.

Ps.: Advice: Pls dont put there music on the background. I think that sound of motor is the best music ever.

  • Thanks.

The first part of the video is Buttonwillow Raceway. The last past of the video is Willow Springs International Raceway.

I was torn on whether to put music in or not. As you can tell from my other video's, I usually don't, but because this has so many different clips, I wanted to have something tying them together music wise.

    Thanks for the comments all...

  • Dude, you and that blue teg were going at it!!Nice!

  • I heard there is a guy named Sam Rothwild that is the fastest guy around in a Honda, have you raced him?

  • Yeah, he's pretty quick. Beat him though.

There's also this guy named ranoon or something like that, he's pretty quick as well, but I've put a couple woopins on him and he's do for another! ;)

  • wow, that looks really fast, are you the fastest driver in your league?

  • One of. I'm racing in a very competitive region this year.

  • Loved it. Inspired to get my da project back on track. Great driving man you've got balls of steel :D

  • I won't be offering you a drive in an indurance race you'll break the car before the first stop ha ha ha nice work tho

  • Haha! Nah. I've done plenty of Enduro's. Sprint racing is SOOO different from Enduro's. The pace does not need to be as frantic which is one thing I love about them!

It's a great thing to be good at both! ;)

  • Thanks ya'll!

  • I'm a Croiset fan! ;-)

    Nice driving.

  • sick video, awesome driver bud

  • Great videos! Nice car and awesome driving...........more motivation to get my 91 hatch done and on the track.

  • Thanks for putting this Vids together. Good luck this season!

  • Your most welcome!

    Thanks!

  • awesome vid. but aren't crx's not allowed in the honda challenge anymore due to nasa's body style age rules?

that and do they still require 17" wheels?

  • you must be thinking of a different series. CRX's have always and will always be allowed in Honda Challenge.

17" wheels have never been a requirement...

  • Awesome man. CSI represent.
