  • This is inspirational. I particularly like how Dr. Smith stated that we are "re-learning." Should I do 30 or 45 min of cardio? what's the best type of supplement to get x results? i'm tired of it and can't stay silent anymore. the warriors of old didn't do "cardio." They kicked ass and trained for the next battle. Saxon and Sandow would would shit a brick if they saw all the garbage we are cramming down our throats to get "bigger, faster, stronger." revolution is upon us.
