@holl01 yeah i know, nothing degrading to you, just stating controller is not 2 secs slower, for me its aprox 0.6-0.8 average car average track... he must have just perfected it

I once viewed my Download History at the PlayStation Store and I was still able to find it and even download it there. But the demo keeps saying Expired. I wonder if anyone hacked the demo to get around that?!

I have been using manual the entire time. I turned TCS up to 4 and I got a better time...hmm.

I've tried TCS OFF with the sixaxis and it just doesn't work well. I have TCS on 3 now and am getting my best times, might lower it to 2 to see if that helps but after a certain point it doesn't feel like it is helping the speed much.

Traction control is always better off. Having it on will slow your acceleration out of corners too much.

I am 1'39.2 with driving force gt. I was 1'39.5 with DS3. The wheel helps, but it takes some time to get used to

using manual is also important, very important to get a good lap.

this is a slippery car at high revs, so right gears helps prevents wheel spin. unfortunately the automatic gear box in this game will not help you with that...

but at least this game rev matchs which makes things so much easier...

Another Australian driver named 'warrior...' uses a DS3 controller, he drove a sub 1'36 from memory and has a total time of 3'23.xxx, he is the best driver in the world with the controller IMO

Nice driving! We take the same line in every turn, you just do it a lot smoother than I can manage... Still working on it, but I'm only at 1:38.454 at the moment :(

Key to going fast in this game is to have TCS set to 0, and to use a wheel and pedal setup so you can hold longer, smoother turns and feather the accelerator more easily. Learning the racing line, braking points and gears for the corners is easy. Mastering them most certainly is not. It doesn't take much to drop a second off the pace.

excellent lap, if you havent tried this, its actually much harder than it looks.

if you also want a good lap, il give you some tips. use a steering wheel if possible. control and ease the throtle, try to build aceleration as your coming out of a corner. and be smooth with the steering.

its very hard because its profesional physics, and throtle and steering control are very very important.
