  • 5:27 "They think of everything"

Haha there really are slot machines every place you go in las vegas. Except for McDonald's, The malls, Gamestop, Toys R Us, Walmart, Target, Fresh n Easy...uh...wait.

  • lol is the title a reference to the movie fear and loathing in las vegas? or maybe vice versa.

  • lol "if its gamblin he wants, gamblin he shall get". I was at a resort and the do a show in the club/bar/casino. After the show, they urge you toward their casino, so i said pretty much the same thing. I destroyed their slots. And got a cool $90 ahead.

  • My fav part is from 0:00 to 6:11XD but i hate 6:12- its finished by then DX

  • LOVE IT!!!

  • Not the same :(

  • this seems to lack something.... the old ones had it... this doesn't :(

  • I've been hornswoggled.

  • Nobody beats Mel Blanc and without him its just not the same :(

  • Joe Alaskey does a good Bugs Bunny voice, but there's something about Jeff Bennet's Yosemite Sam voice that's a little off. Maurice LaMarche would have been a better choice.

  • I know I go from Rags to Riches

  • Hahaha 21 aces!!!! LOL

  • Sam asked for it!!! LOL

  • If only Back in Action did well in the Box office!

  • man, the writing just went downhill a bit after the 70s. The cadence and pacing is so different.

  • It's a pity Looney Tunes Back in Action failed so much that they hid all these shorts and pretended it never happened, DJ Drake was never here! But if I can speak for him, I think he'd rather retire a man than live for all eternity as a tune. Doesn't anyone love Bugs anymore?!

  • Gamble or get out! LOL

  • Yoseminite is full of cash? hahahahaha!!! He proberbly robbed some poor rich company to create his bogus las vagas scam, good thing rabbit took him to the cleaners!! lol.....

  • All right, cheater, prepare to die!

  • You ruined Dionysus!

  • Go Bugs Bunny Go!!!

  • and the ledgand...will never die

  • Bugs is so damn lucky!

  • Rofl at Bugs having road runnner on the TV

  • is it just me or does the backing music at 0:19 sound very reminiscent to the Family Guy theme? xD

  • I know I go from Rags to Riches (and Sam went from Riches to Rags)

  • This 6 minute short is 1000 times better than the movie it was pacaged with.

  • Bonaparte Sam?! That explains the massive fucking hat, and compounds further with how short he is! xD

  • I'm kinda disappointed: there's a hare, and the Vegas is also in the cartoon, but where's Loathing?

There are NO Gonzo references in this picture, it's plain false advertising. The Carrotblanka was an ok parody - why couldn't this one be?

  • and btw, i have this on dvd along w/ Carrot Blanca and others. (including the classics of course) and it's called "The Essential Bugs Bunny" its a great dvd;)

  • @DPGIRL9 I have that too!

  • i love how in the beginning it shows Bugs's first-ever appearance on tv (Happy Rabbit), then a Bugs prototype, then the first time he was officially known as Bugs Bunny and drawn like we know him today, then just a clip of him getting out of his hole, and finally him muching on a carrot;)

  • Mel Blanc's son does most of the voices now... Mel himself has been gone for quite a few years.

  • @ 4:49 HA HA

  • Is this the last Bugd Bunny cartoon ever created?

  • S... As I was saying, it's just not bugs bunny with out Mel Blanc...

  • Hey! That is not Mel blanc's voice... I hate it wen they make movies or shows that have completely different voice actor

  • Comment removed

  • The animation is lacking somehow....

  • I miss all days when tos cartoons were on cartoon network now on cartoon network are just crappy cartoons

  • Can we please get a non-PAL version of this cartoon?

  • Haha, Bugs was counting those cards like crazy.

Or, being Bugs Bunny, he's just lucky by nature. Probably that.

  • Sam's long ranting is super hilarous!

  • Not diggin these new cartoons. They don't have the spirit of the originals...

  • Bugs Bunny walks around naked - he has pockets?

  • 5:05 - 5:13 lol sam knock it off ur killing me XD

  • "Freeloadin' rubberneckin' wainscotin' logrollin' name-callin' table-hoppin' no-good dirty rotten no-account two-faced long-eared flea-bitten double-dealin' gold-brickin' four-flushin' backstabbin' scene-stealin' feather-bitten party-crashin' double-dippin' corner-cuttin'--! Ahhh hate you, rabbit!"

Nobody cusses like Yosemite Sam. :)

  • @aitch748 Although I don't like the new voice actor as much. He lacks the shrill quality of the classic Sam.

  • R.I.P Bugs Bunny Cartoons 1939-2004

  • Bugs is watching Wile E.Coyote and The Roadrunner on his TV!

  • The Sound is off by +1.

  • is the title a play on that CSI episode?

  • @sakonaga1 Originally, it's an allusion to Hunter S. Thompson's "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas". Also made into a film. However, the book/movie are about psychoactive drug use, so I can only assume it's mostly a play on words. :)

  • Its the rabbit feet...

  • "These shorts came on a bonus disc with the release of Looney Tunes Back in Action here in Australia."

You're lucky. Unless there's some Collector's Edition I don't know about, the only one of the five promotional shorts that I know made it to the American DVD release of Back in Action was Whizzard of Ow. (That's probably the best excuse for the rarity that I can come up with.)

  • OMG Bugs bunny grow little to taller

  • Is it even possible to be that lucky?

  • Bugs used his own feet on the games? Do you think he plans it all out or just so stupid that he makes it up as he goes along?

  • At the start it shows our Bugs evolves :P

  • ahhh France, even surrendering in children's cartoons. tsk tsk.

  • Ugh, the animation and voices...

  • @Nanaman12345 Bug's voice is fine.

  • @Superstarseven Not for me it isn't. It just sounds so off for me.

  • @Nanaman12345 Well I guess that's you then.

  • @Superstarseven My intolerance senses are tingling.

  • @Nanaman12345 You want me to sit here and argue about what you think you're hearing? More important things need our attention, my friend.

  • @Superstarseven Or at least be more passive.

  • @snoop0851 Mel blanc died in 1989 and this was made in 2003.

  • 4:45 and then on, Boy can Sam insult or can he INSULT!

  • OMG FRANCE SURRENDERED

    XDDDDD

  • LMAO france gave up! :D

  • That's the thing about Looney Tunes, they never really go outta style.

  • Pretty cool short!!!Animation is'nt the best but it's nice to see a looney toons toon again, and joe alasky is epic as bugs, mel blanc would be proud.

  • @JOLTuniverse18 I bet Mel Blanc's spirit is watching all the future looney tune shows and movies

  • @BRRGames totally.^^

  • 21 aces? What are the chances?

  • @800Frozone

4 In a deck of cards

    52 cards in a deck

need 5.25 so 6 deck of cards

    totaling 312 cards

so the chances would be 4 in a 312 chance

    calculated to

    so 1 in a 78 chance

    that are your odds

    does that awnser your question

  • @dwaynejurcka It was a rhetorical question

  • @800Frozone

    a % chance of ~1.28%

  • @800Frozone Would require a 6-deck shoe, for starters. Most casinos use 4 or less nowadays.

Then, you'd need 21 of the 24 possible aces to come up sequentially. I'm not willing to run the numbers, but I'm sure the odds fall into the billions-to-one category.

  • las vegas in a toon right on

  • (giggle) that was awesome!

  • Haha. At 5:00 a rip on France!

  • @ClappingSnakes It just wouldn't be looney tunes without the mild racism. :)

  • At 6:12 Bugslooks like himself from a Robert Mckimson directed cartoon.

  • That was actually really good.

  • Bugs' voice in this one was pretty good......he actually sounded the way Mel Blanc did in the 1980's. This was one of the best modern day Bugs shorts I've seen, script and all.

  • @pedalpunk57 Let me add that they had to speed Mel's voice up so that Bugs' voice wouldn't sound too deep due to his aging.

  • @pedalpunk57 Complete cosign. I was wondering if I was the only one going "Hey, he sounds just like Mel's late Bugs!!"

  • Gotta love the American flag turning into a surrender flag.

  • @Pspimp Definitely a French flag.

  • @Pspimp learn your flags.

  • @jjduck The Looney Tunes Show of 2011 is even worse not even close to Mel Blanc even miles away from this

  • @SirTimothyMarton Well you haven't seen it yet because no one has and also Jeff Bergman does an admirable job doing Bugs and Daffy's voices.

  • okay, i know elmer isn't in this, and i didn't see any comments as of yet for this, but just for hunter thompson: "we wuh somewheh outside of bwistow in the middoh of the desaht when the dwugs began to take hohd, uhuhuhuhhuhuhuhuhuhuh....."

  • $8042123297.55,

wow bugs is one lucky bunny

  • THEY GOT DAVID FEISS TO ANIMATE A LOONEY TOONS CARTOON!!!!

    My life is complete ^^

  • @JDH9964 You bet I would!

  • What the fuck.... this is the wonkiest looking Looney Tunes I've ever seen. Bugs, in particular, looks BADLY drawn and the animation movement is super stiff. This is disgracing Looney Tunes....

  • Did anyone notice how after hitting the building with the french flag they changed the flag to white (surrender)?

  • He played that blackjack wrong. Your only allowed to hold 5 cards xD

  • Good cartoon. Voice acting and animation is isn't top-notch though. But, like I said: "Good cartoon."

  • a perfekt intro for david icke!

  • thumbs up for a looney tunes version of sweeny todd!

  • funny

  • sam was not swearing in gibberish. for shame.

  • Personally, I perfer Billy West as Bugs Bunny. He's MUCH EASIER to understand that this Bugs voice.

  • @Mario9919 Billy West as Bugs is subpar at best. Joe Alaskey is better.

  • @Superstarseven

Ok. I can live with that. At least both Billy and Joe are much better voicing Bugs than this actor, right?

  • @Mario9919 This is Joe Alaskey. He sounds no different here than he did on Back In Action.

  • @jjduck -- Bugs isn't too bad, but whoever voiced Sam couldn't quite hit the low notes. Frank Gorshin had the same trouble in "From Hare to Eternity", though his Foghorn Leghorn in "Pullet Surprise" was fair to passable. Also, the "21" gag seems to be a variant on one Bugs did in an earlier picture with Nasty Canasta, who would have made for a better foe in a picture set in Vegas anyway.

  • This is pretty funny but the animation and the voices aren't the same as they were with Mel Blanc or Friz Freeling.

  • I loved it! I loved how it was done in the spirit of the old cartoon. Now, if we could just get Mel Blanc back alive...

  • @owlcake He's not dead, he's just resting from his entire career, lol

  • am i the only one that noticed ata 4 minutes bugs is watching roadrunner and coyote

  • If they're going to continue with Looney Tunes cartoon, they need the voices to sound similar to Mel Blanc's. Also, the music itself needs the style of Carl Stalling and Milt Franklyn.

  • weird new humor.

  • I'm so glad they pulled the plug on these new cartoons. The quality is AWFUL.

  • 3:58 I don't think I've ever seen Sam that pissed.

  • I mean 00:09 dont 00:10.

  • Where is 00:10,00:11and 00:12 for Bugs Bunny episodes, but i know, 00:10 is happy Rabbit, but it is Bugs but he deident got his name.

  • Thanks for posting!! It's hard to find a Looney Tune I hadn't seen before.

  • It's, It's, It's pretty good,

  • @jjduck hey cheer up he maybe his son will get older and start voicing all of the Looney Tune characters

  • that just brought back memories seeing bugs slowly develop between 0:08-0:14 (you know watching them on cartoon network between 1992-2009)

  • Complete crap!?! Its just not the same without Mel Blanc..... :(

  • I think a girl did bugs voice in this cartoon.

  • @sonicmixer No.

  • I hope this is what the new shorts will be like. I went on the looney tunes website and I saw the webtoons and they are horrible. Yhen I heard there wasto be a new series and I wasn't going to even check it out but then I saw this and I believe this is what they are going to look like. I wish cartoons where mad like they used to, not on computers using flash....that stuff is pure junk.

  • Even though the voices aren't done by Mel Blanc, this cartoon is hilarious! I also like the fact that it takes place in Las Vegas and that Yosemite Sam is Bugs' adversary! This is a GREAT cartoon!

  • @reenies2 The voices are better now anyway.

  • @GSXRMarshall

Hi fuckin fag, are you still riding your pussybike?

Las Vegas is the right place to be buttfucked, English dickhead.

  • @ClausvonBulow lol hey fag your just upset cos you live in a right shithole of a country with no world power or anything lol. And are you still upset cos my bike is better than yours lol. oh and are you still fucking that sheep ?.

  • this cartoon is well scripted but seems very rushed through production.... perhaps if they spent more cash on it, it may have been great like Carrotblanca was.

  • Despite what some of the previous comments have said, I think this cartoon is actually quite funny and keeps the spirit of the original WB animated shorts alive while being fresh, original and contemporary at the same time.

I also love the various references to the real-life Las Vegas, including its many resorts (New York, New York; Treasure Island; Paris; etc.), the "Thank You for Visiting" sign, the Hoover Dam, the deserts, etc.

  • "Buenos Noches, Loserinos!" Really good line, right there.

  • HI Bugs, Receave the meditation of good bunny from Collin sneakers, and we shall work with your good anti-dandy bunny meditation from Collin sneakers. Meditate on Good victory over evil. We're at war, we have seen many signs. The earth speaks in many ways, and is greatly concerned about the wellbeing of the universe. (1(CollinCreatedDOTloyalToCollin=InfinateLoyaltyToCollin)1)

  • Haha 5:02

  • Carrots actually do make you see better in the dark! No one builds a gamble on my home. -Collin-

    (1(CollinCreatedAngelsOfEarth=DoPrepWorkForCollinCableShow=so)1)

  • @jjduck here, here!

  • this has to be more modern. "Hare and Loathing in Las Vegas" is a play on the title of Hunter S. Thompsons book "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" so...at least after he wrote his book in the 60's.

  • aww thats a shame cause he loves you lol

  • y estos son nuevos o que!!! :O :S

  • Lol france surrenders.

  • I'd have to say I'm a bit disappointed with this short. Realistically speaking, though, Warner Bros. is a bit out of practice with these. I've seen the other recent shorts and they were all better than this, so I'm confident they can improve. Too bad they quit before they could.

  • @Deibodese Well, what could we say? It (this short) was made by the same people that brought us "Teen Titans," "Justice League Unlimited," "Static Shock," "Ozzy and Drix" and "What's New, Scooby-Doo!"

  • Mel Blanc was the ultimate voice actor for Looney Tunes. The voices were all wrong.

  • Hm why I can't remember this episode? I know a lot of bugs bunnie's but this one I havn't saw yet.

  • Srr i ment: no other looney tunes characters make a chance against bugs.

  • @Gundamknight100

Bugs always wins, other looney tunes character makes a chance against Bugs.

  • the voices were a little bit off =S...but otherwise it was very fun to watch so thanks a million ;D

  • animation is so bad. as far as im concerend this is not a looney tune cartoon.

  • Bugs wins...again.

  • @jjduck - I agree with you about Mel Blanc being god. I have always said the same thing. Although Frank Welker aka- Fred from Scooby Doo is number 2 in best voice actors and no one alive can beat him or come close to being better than him. labelashavoc (:~>?=

  • We can't stop here! This is rabbit country!

  • 2:30 There is no way that can happen. Obviously yes, but Sam shoulda kicked him out there for having more then four aces.

  • Yes Mel blanc had the voices, I think if they want top make more Bugs bunny and Looney Tunes cartoons, they might have to audition people for voice overs, it might take several people to do one or two characters. Lat I heard Mel's son was doing voices for the characters? I have heard random stand up comedians do superb imitations of Bugs, Porky, Daffy, Yosemite Sam, Fog horn and all the others.

  • Considering this was Dan Povenmire, wasn't as good as I expected. Was alright to watch, but not funny and the voices were off. Anyone else think Bugs sounded more like Tweety?

    Stick to family Guy, Dan!

  • this is pretty cool and funny as crazy

  • at 5:30, when he tries for the slots, he never even puts in his quarter. Hmm. CHEATER!!

  • The new voices cant touch Mel Blanc... It's mind-blowing that all those distinct personalities came from one man. Jeff Dunham has NOTHING on Mel...

  • Why couldn't they asked his son, Noel Blanc? I've heard his Looney Tune voices when he was being interviewed. He sounds just like Mel!

  • It's manly because while Noel can do all of Mel's characters he doesn't want to get into the voice acting business. He'll only do the voices if it's for a one time gig, such as in the Tiny Toons Christmas special where Bugs spoke only one line of dialogue.

  • @KrazyKartoonKid He never really wanted to be a voice actor himself...it's the typical "father wants reluctant son to follow in his footsteps" thing.

  • This is great. I just wish Cartoon Network would show more Looney Tunes.

  • i hate you Rabbit!!!!!!!!

  • ohh I hate you rabbit.!!!! lol

  • Hopefully the sound will be improved. I liked this!

  • It would be nice to hear this nice Walter Murphy music in higher quality.

Definitely reminds me of Family Guy!

  • Dan Povenmire worked on this? Hmm. I had my doubts about the new looney toons stuff but if he was on board then i should give it a fair shake.

  • I Agree, I did not do the voice casting. Mel was my favourite voice actor also.

BTW thats my picture your using as your icon.

  • 3:39 Oh boy!

  • Meh. I really don't like the animation in this compared to Carrotblanca. That kicked ass.

  • This was animated by Rough Draft Korea, and there was a much lower budget, so that's to be expected.

  • There's that and then this is likely much more CG than what Carrotblanca was, which looked more like a traditional animated cartoon.

  • @EnderWrenLassic Actually, this was animated in-house, including by the great David Feiss, but the ink-and-paint/camera work was done in Rough Draft Korea. I think this was the only time WB used Rough Draft; usually they just use DongWoo Animation or Yearim Productions or Lotto Animation.

  • Nice cartoon, but when I first saw the title "Hare and Loathing in Las Vegas," my first thought was Bugs and Daffy as Raoul Duke and Dr. Gonzo...which would be awesome, imho.

  • @E2theSamps Imagine a Rabbit on Mescaline
