  • Well this debt is bigger and bigger. Why? The strategy is not so diferent from what was in 1929. Everybody was offered, tempted and handed all kinds of credit. Then fire the economic crisis and if they can mannage, drive us all to the slaughterhouse. Or first enslave us deeper.

Watch "Bug's Life" from Pixar and "Monsters Inc."

Their way to the NWO. Get free of "free" Credit Cards. Get rid of the"Federal" Reserve (Diabolic Private Secret Bank).

Vote for Ron Paul as President.

  • This is the idiot's guide to getting out of unsecured debt.

Search Winston Shrout here and learn who you are.

Also study your STRAWMAN here and how to take charge of YOUR LLC

that you had no idea you are. There IS NO $ only debt.

  • If your "debt" is under 100,000 they probably wont even bother chasing you for it.

  • Step 1 Stop paying Step 2 Threaten any lawyer with a lawsuit and request their bar number Step 3 Return all bills without opening them to sender Step 4 Send them a notice to stop calling you Step 5 When they harass you over the phone sew them for harassment, sew them for the amount "you owe" Step 6 Settle with them for Zero/Zero
  • Right in theory, but....

But its a long process on your own if you have some credit problems. I've had many battles and read many pages on forums about credit repair and doing it myself. It can be done, but it does require a whole lot of follow, time and patience

I was struggling with this, but my friend recommended a company that did all the leg work for him, and all they charged me was $40/year.

Give them a call, They are AWESOME

    Telephone:

    877-826-0587

  • @doress111 Great comment! I spoke to one of the friendly staff there, they gave me direct access to the customer service department for debt settlements. I'm a lot happier now. The number they gave me is:

    888-924-1703

  • For this to work, you need a full time job. And not a part time job. And you need a well paying job, not minimum wage. It's all about money. The more money you make, the easier it is to pay off your debt. It's not rocket science. But the problem with this new world is that the elite are trying to squeeze you out of your hard earned dollars (gas price way too high, food, rent or mortgage to much - over paying for a house not work the ground it sits on)

Time to go bankrunpt and run away....

  • What do you do if you become disabled and can't work to repay your cards? Insurance offered by credit card companies for this situation is expensive and usually not affordable, so most people can't buy it. Is there debt forgiveness under these circumstances?

    Legal suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

  • i dont even look at my statement. i take how much i need to survive per month. then i take the rest and i send it via iphone to my cc. pretty simple

  • i cut up my credit cards up , i am free from debt and no more being sad seeing my money go to others.

I AM FREE! no more worry of interest of 25.99%. feels so good. goodbye visa, mastercard and HBC

  • the government aint gonna pay its debt, why should i? besides its hard to "pay debt" when youre unemployed and no one will hire you

  • @krucifixhorrorcore

Its not hard to pay debt when you're unemployed its impossible! We all should start learning specific trades and create our own jobs. I've always thought about making furniture. cheap cabinets, desks, pantries, entertainment centers etc... People are struggling but they still need stuff, if we can make it and sell it for a low cost we can fulfill a need for ourselves and others. We need to be tradesmen again.

  • @dadoggy03 i already know those things you mentioned. thankfully im only 8000 or less in "debt". as i said, the government isnt gonna pay its "debt", so im not either.

  • @dadoggy03 I totally agree but as you stated is merely impossible to be debt free unemployed. Makes no sense at all and the credit hold you back from employment as well. Smh..ridiculous.

  • i hope this ...is gonna work

  • I went to this website it helped me, maybe it might help u.

  • If your credit sucks like mine did I used a company called Credit Repair Magic to repair my credit and saw results within just days. The main thing that I was able to do with this program was to dispute negative entries on my credit report, which drove my score up as these were deleted. Since most companies cant verify the info on the credit reports, I was able to make my credit score rise dramatically with just a few clicks of the mouse. Click on my channel mycreditrepairmagic for details.

  • I like your reply, especially the part where you stated "because there are so many jobs out there :-)

  • Here's how you start to fix all these problems

    Everyone.

Take that Sears credit card and cut it up.

Call them and cancel the account.

Dont just stop useing it because they are working on a new penalty charge for "NOT USING" your card.

Sears will crap themselves when 40 million people call them up.. Then they wont have a choice but to fix it. Its as easy as that...

I declare March 1st 2010 the day we all call Sears. and take control. pass it on.

  • Good for you, but I don't have any dept. store cards. But...if you cut up your card and cancel it, they will demand you pay the entire balance which most people can't do.

On the other hand, if everyone got in unison and did it, they would no choice but to fix it :-)

  • @amberfwn Yes. but when you or they cut that card up. it stops it from being any larger then it is, so it can be paid off. never used again and that company WILL collapse --- Theres a hidden lesson here. Its not 100% the banks fault. People need to control their own spending.

  • Correct, it's not all the banks fault though they are guilty of taking advantage of us and making it easeir to get into debt. But I do know people who don't know the difference between 'want' and 'need' and they talk about me when I'm wearing clothes kind of dingy. If I can't afford it, I don't get it.

  • I tried to get my credit report from annual credit report and got an error message telling me that due to security reasons they transunion cannot produce my credit report... of course i entered in my ss# so whoever now has my ss#

    this vid is bs

  • Transunion is one of 3 credit bureau's. Try Experian or Equifax, I think Experian is the best one.

  • Susan youre absolutly right! I called DCS yesterday and the girl i spoke to was so nice and really interested in helping me and wow they are extremely affordable! I saw the samples of how they removed civil judgemnts for people as well as tax liens and i read the great articles on their website about the facts regarding why to settle or consolidate is horrible options! Thanks for the great info

  • No consolidation is horrible!! How in the world do you expect do get out of debt when your just going from payin the creditors a minimum each month to paying some scam comp a monthly fee?? Settlemnt also huge scam and not to mention bankruptcy which also screws ur credit!! I used a comp whos website is debtcrisissolutions(dot)com and their methods completely clean your reports and wipe out the bogus debt cause credit is not real money its a bunch of numbers in a data base!! call 347-492-4014

  • first of make sure you hire a debt consolidator works for you & not them self. Most of them pay them selves & your bills later then you have lawyers calling you.On the other hand I don't make enough to pay my bills now. Before I made double payments,on time & online.I work for one of the largest retailers my hours are cut back, and days taken away. I did not create my credit CC problems the economy let me down, our people that run this country. The greed set this country in this mess. Now what?

  • guys i need to buy a bunch of plastic disks and plastic disk players. I also need a lot more cloths and expensive useless products that immediately lose their value. Does anybody here know of the best credit card for me to max out so that I could get all these pointless items without actually having the money now?

Thank you in advance. If i had a credit card, i'd swipe for you.

  • heres an idea dont get a great card dumb shits

  • I think all of you should watch my video of "The Working Man" It is an original song by my son and I think it says it all. You can go to fps44 to check it out or type it in search. It is really very good!

  • how about these steps debt professor .

    1. MAX OUT YOUR CARD

    2. DON'T PAY ON IT ANYMORE .

What are they going to do to me , it's unsecured debt ? soooo the worst they can do is harm my credit score right ? but if no one's lending anymore , my credit score means WHAT again ? nothing , this is a depression .

  • I don't know for sure, but if you go about it the WRONG way -- just refusing to pay -- then the company can sue you, and then either garnish your wages, put court-ordered liens on your house (and vehicle?), or send the sheriff to auction off certain of your property. Not to mention nasty collection calls to your friends, family, and place of work. Since there is real help available, why not do it the right way?

  • Take you to court and garnish your wages? Possibly. But there are federal laws about "nasty" collection calls that carry a hefty fine to any companies violating said laws. Harassment is is Harassment, be it from your ex or your creditor. Both are illegal and punishable by law.

  • Creditors/Collection agents can call your house up to three times a day, and can call your family, friends, and place of work, under the guise of "looking for you." There's no law against that. They can't say WHY they're calling, but they can identify themselves as a collection agency, which is just as bad. It's all legal. What is "nasty" in the eyes of the law? They can't threaten or intimidate you with more than they can legally do to you, but there's no law against being rude and persistant.

  • Actually, they won't do anything but harrass you for about 2 years. Then they will file a suit against you getting a judgement against you. Then you will pay interest and fees on all this money. They will garnish your wages until paid in full. Creating a nightmare for you. You don't know what point you will be in your life in the years to come and the will sneak up on you creating a nightmare for you and the one you are with by this time. So, very unwise concept you have.

  • A low credit score means that you will pay more in rent, will pay more in insurance, will not be able to be bonded, will not be eligible for many professional jobs, will not be able to rent a car, or stay in a hotel. Go ahead a screw yourself by stealing from a financial institution.

  • well seeing as i have a JOB i can easily get an apartment , credit score or no ...aww i won't be eligible for lots of jobs ? that's too bad because there are SOOO many jobs out there just waiting to be filled ... i can still rent a car , it requires a deposit thou , same with hotels... funny i didn't screw myself , i screwed them , and as for phone calls , i kept calling them back 3 times for every one time they called me , and now i don't get ANY phone calls LOL ... (check out my video's )

  • This is a great video!
