  • God Bless Ronnie! This is great reality ........

  • Great

  • I saw "Better Days" in Vancouver. I was sitting on the stairs at the Vancouver Forum and Ronnie Baron smiled at me. I was right chuffed. Great band, great song.

  • I ended up here, the result of a chain of events, kicked off from reminiscing about a movie - "Above the Law", so I had to go to IMDB and find out who that bartender was that I thought was so great.....and so now here I am. I had no idea this guy had this much going on - like was said: He's real - dig it!

  • I didn't realize he had passed. So many gone. I love all the Butterfield bands so much.

  • Yay! I was apprehensive when I saw Butter had changed the lineup virtually completely from Keep On Movin'. I shouldn't have worried. This was my favorite tune on the album along with Send Me Someone To love and Highway 28

  • dude this guy rules. i guess this is what blues musicians (like myself) have to look forward to later in life. this guy is such a better musician than all those rich indie rockers out there whining into microphones and banging on guitars. i hate the music of my generation.

  • youre right Blues Geek ! AND there is a killer live concert of Betterdays on Wolfgangs vault doin this at the Fillmore

  • Ronnie was my dads cousin

  • Love those deep vocals!

  • WOW!!!!! Can't believe this is on here! Gotta figure out how to get a copy.... RIP Ronnie....

  • Thanks for all the Great RB clips sterlingtv!!!

The studio version of this song in 72 on Paul

Butterfield's Better Days LP/CD is phenominal too!

  • Thanx million times!

  • WICKED!!!

  • Dude was cool!

  • This little "gem" of a home video smokes most of the music out there on u-tube...

  • Props

  • Thanks for putting these vids up. I am remembering when I was starting as a musician and listening to Butterfield's "Better Days". I was floored, then, by the vocals on several tracks...like "It's Getting Harder to Survive". again, 35 years later,

Ronnie is inspiring me to be a better singer. The guy was New Orleans through and through. I would love to hear Mac Rebennack tell the Ronnie Barron story.

You may be getting a high view count 'cause I am watching over and over.
