@PingByter you say always, you mean always for the boeing 767?because i have watched alot pf cockpit videos on here of different aircraft 777,747's etc and when the captain or co-pilot says a certain number for flaps you see them move the handle on the right hand side.
@cleo0399 Whoops, sorry I am stupid, that was the spoilers the lever, I mixed up left and right :P You are correct the lever switch is on the right hand side
@PingByter oh you mean spoilers are those things on the back of the wings that flare up on landings?flaps are the ones that come down from the back of the wings right?
The passenger aircraft have nose wheel steering on both sides and the Copilot will taxi the aircraft if it is his sector. The freight aircraft (this flight was) do not because the space is taken up with an emergency entry panel.
@kilvo777 The B767 does not have nose wheel steering on both sides. Only the Captain's side has nose wheel steering. On the B777 there is nose wheel steering for both the captain and co-pilot. I am a licensed and B767 endorsed AME.
@kai085 Sorry, but the B767 can have nose wheel steering on both sides if the Airline orders it. Our passenger aircraft do, the freight aircraft do not for the reasons i wrote about all ready some time ago.
@kilvo777 Nice video! Being a pilot is cool. :D Where r the brakes located on this plane and can you just turn the yoke to steer the plane on the ground? What was your cruising speed and how much % of thrust were the plane using? .
I think is great how the pilots communicate with each other as a team to bring this bird down, both with vocal and hand signals, that's awesome. I've seen many pilots go all the way down with out saying a word to each other. Great video. Thanks for posting.
Good day sir, may I use a very ever so small portion of this video for my channel intro? I will NOT take credit for the video and I will give a link to the full video if you want.
UOW touch donw rate is -1999 ! very dificult landing !

Shame your company only allows you to land a multi-million dollar piece of aluminum at 130Kts...but doesn't trust you enough with taxing at 10Kts.
everettmellish 2 months ago 2
@everettmellish There is nose wheel steering via a tiller on both sides only on our passenger aircraft but not on the freight aircraft.

@vzerdiou If they could make a full flight cockpit video on the 767,just like pilotseye.tv, that would be super awesome with this camera angle~!!

OK, So why aren't you wearing those gloves that most Japanese airlines require pilots to wear?
GREAT video. Very interesting. It would be great to get some more.
I noticed how you said "Minimum", reminded me of the Airbus callout voice.
Why does the FO look so mad?
