  • those guys have the best jobs ever

  • What's Gary up to these days?

  • That's extraordinary. Manchester is almost unrecognisable compared to now. Only the office block of the Arndale is still present. Gone are the gas towers, replaced by modern glass apartment blocks. Amazing.

  • I wonder though if Gary Bracey still has that out of date hairstyle!

  • @retronostalgic Interesting question! Was it out of date in 1990?

  • @gollumondrugs - Yeah! Looks like something from the 70's or early 80's!

  • Yep, Bluechip computers in Allerton Rd. I went in with my tape recorder because my games would not load. (Ah there's a term from the 80's).. He asked me to bring my tape recorder in and nearly through me out due to the disgusting condition I let my recorder get into. Had more fluff in there than a teddy bear lol.. They were the days eh!

  • Gary Bracey used to sell games from a video shop on Childwall Fiveways in Liverpool, who then moved on to Allerton Road with his own shop called Bluechip or something like that. I think he wrote a adventure game with the same name, which had some interesting remarks if you swore.

  • I liked how messy Gary Bracey's office was

  • Notice how they all say computers, even for consoles. Nowadays they say consoles, even for computers.

It's probably cos consoles took over Europe in the 1990s.

  • Stryder Hiryu! That game is very frustrating!

  • I grew up with these games, Rambo, Head Over Heels and the best footie game at the time Match Day II
