@Supablonde1 when your weight is that high it's a lot easier to get the initial weight off. then they plateau. lower weight is a lot harder to lose weight.

@annex91 Exactly, the less you weight, the less calories you need (because you burn less as well), so it was a big fat bummer for me as well. I was losing 3lbs a week when I was fat and now, when my BMI is whithin the normal range, I only manage to lose 3 pounds a month, that's discouraging but hey, beauty comes at price :)

This show makes me feel so much more comfortable about myself and my diet. I knew I had a generally healthy diet in the first place, being a fruitaholic, a dairyholic, pastaholic. But even with all the junk food I put on that, I slowly realized I was dumb to freak about my weight as a teenager, and this show really helped out with kicking all that stuff out the window.

I like the banjo music and thought it was kinda appropriate because they sent Amy to North Carolina. The banjo is traditional to that area (I'm from Virginia, the most beautiful state :).
