Sontard is pretty good with sparring for a beginner, and it's fun watching him because I went to karate for about seven years... brings back memories. :) I wonder, does his club teach the Principle of Black Belt? I dunno if it was just my club but everyone learnt it by heart, no matter what belt you were. I still know it today, and it's good to keep in mind when you're training!
