What is so surprising to find Tiger in Bhutan. We have seen tiger in Bhutan since childhood. Go to hills of Chubjakha in Paro and you will see tigers. Bhutan does not allow hunting wild animal for fun being a Buddhist country. Only in Buddhist countries wild animals are protected.

if you look very closely, the tigers up here has a thicker coat to keep them warm from the cold, they look a little different from the lowland tigers, noticed the really prominent fold of skin on the belly? some lowland species had them but no as prominent and dangling like these ones here..i believe they have been living here in isolation for a long time before they were filmed...a possible new subspecies? the himalayan tiger?
