I really do like Ron's voice. Even though his voice is reminiscent of Merle - and also Lefty I feel - he has a natural talent. A very pleasant voice that I could listen to all day. The way he sings a love song is the way it should be. It's quite a treat to hear a true country artist who actually has a great voice. The background music is perfect, too. Cajundebby1, you are so right about women feeling that way too! LOL Because I recorded this song myself in 1997 on my very first album "Falling For You." At the time the writer, my friend LaDonna Capps, pitched it to me, I had no idea that Conway Twitty had already recorded it. IMHO, I think Ron does a much better job of it than Conway! :-)
