Step 23: Wait about 2 hours then go onto Bungie.net and sign in with your email that you use for your xbox profile.

Step 24: Go onto your halo 3 area and click unlock my recon

Step 25: It will unlock your recon done.

Notices:

1. If your Gamerscore resets to 0 just recover your profile and you'll be fine.

2. The Profile you used must have live.

And Please thumb up all my steps so others may see them.

Step 14: Close the Program

Step 15: Open Modio

Step 16: Drag your profile into modio then when it open click Rehash/Resign

Step 17: Open USB xtaf xplorer again and go back to your profile.

Step 18: Click it so it highlights blue again then at the bottom click the delete button.

Step 19: Drag the Profile on ur desktop into USB xtaf xplorer.

Step 20: Close USB xtaf xplorer

Step 21: Put your USB back in your Xbox.

Step 22: Put the Profile back on ur harddriv

Step 9: Click your profile so it's highlighted blue click extract click desktop and save

Step 10: Open Profile Editor click open go to desktop find the file that is your profile click it then click open..

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE PLAYED BOTH ODST AND HALO 3 ON THAT PROFILE

Step 11: Click on halo 3 and unlock all the vidmasters by clicking on vidmaster achiements the at the bottom click unlock offline.

Step 12: Click on ODST and unlock all the vidmaster achievments for that game.

Want Recon online ok:

Step 1: Get a USB put it in ur Xbox 360

Step 2: Configure it

Step 3: Put your Profile on it

Step 4: Get three Programs >> Modio, Profile Editor and USB xtaf xplorer

Step 5: Put your USB in your Computer/Laptop

Step 6:Open up USB xtaf Xplorer click File> open device

Step 7: Click on your profile it should be like E000 then some other numbers.

Step 8: Double Click on all the little number things that come up until you reach your profile again.

@MegaVideowatcher1 If you get recon armor by moding you will almost at 100% get banned pretty fast so this mod is how to get it in the movies, and if some1 can't or is to stupid to follow this tutorial to do this mod we can do it for a fee because we got better things to do then to give out free services to people we don't know.
