Definitely a full C with a smaller frame like yours, but they'll let you kinda try them out with those little silicone things on at the surgeons I believe so you can see what you like best. Or just go try on those bras, fill them with whatever and see which you like best under a shirt.

As for the boob size, when I was a bit chubbier (I'm 5'7 and back then I was 130lbs) my boobs were a bit fuller C-cup. Everyone noticed them (well they were bigger haha) + guys liked them (you know they can't keep quiet), but I don't think that they were a size of a pornstar. If you want that look, I'd say you'd need at least a D, BUT that looks VERY unnatural on a slim girl like you :) So I'd totally suggest a C, not a pornstar look, but guys will not be able to keep their eyes off them, too^^

Hey Julie~~~ for boob sizes, the cup size is the actual size of your breasts while the numerical measurement is the circumference around your ribcage right under your boobs. So if you're going for 36 or 38 your entire frame will have to get wider and that's not really possible without gaining a massive amount of weight overall. I think your frame is probably 32 but you can totally aim for DDs. :D Google some 32DDs up, they're pretty impressive!
