@MannishWaise it's just to set my matte lipstick so it doesn't smudge as much.... the tissue picks up extra product and the brush has powder on it to set the lipstick, I usually do that multiple times until I get the coverage I want... I do this with my cream lipsticks too.

Beautiful! ... The part where you took the kleenex and rubbed it with the brush, why'd you do that? I'm not a big make up girl, but i've never seen anyone do that. :)
