buffy bot was much more pleasant then buffy. Buffy is always wining. You dont really notice it until you watch a few seasons of angel then go back. I always find buffy so childish and bitchy.
i think the scooby gang missed a real chance here, they could have built a dozen ( or more ) buffybots and sent them all out every night to slaughter vampires and deamons, plus the real buffy could have had nights off.
In Series Six of Buffy, she wasn't consistant. Sometimes drunk, invisable and various other problems meant that she wasn't at her full potential. And since Warren was still alive, they could have asked him to build another Buffybot twice as powerful as the original, and with a harder outer shell.

But who knows, may be a Sunnydale resident found her pieces and took her with them while everyone left the town before the Hellmouth destroyed it.

Every time she is destroyed, it's because of a heavy blow or a part of her body is torn off. Although they could have repaired her.
