This video is so helpful! I'm a vegetarian, and for my enviromental science fair report my group is doing how meat production effects the enviroment, and the rest of my group is doing how it effects people and what people can do, so this helped all of us very much! Thank you!

In complete honesty - going vegan was the best thing i ever did. It grows on you, and it does get easier as you work out the foods you like and the ones you don't. We eat a lot more than salad! I am sitting down to a delicious cheeseburger as we speak (though some of them are gross, I will admit!!!) Trial and error. I hope you really would consider vegan, or vegetarian, or even cut down - you can help the planet, animals, and humans A LOT!!! Thanks for watching.
