One thing about killing dolphins is that we think of them as an intelligent creature and because of that we forbid it. The other thing is that the meat is served in schools. Dolphin meat got mercury in it and therefor it should not be eaten for your own safety, but it's marked as whale meat so it seems safe. Google Minamata disease to see the dangers of mercury, it's not pretty. I understand the problems with overpopulation as I study biology, but some dolphin species are endangered.

Food Inc. is a movie about the effects of factory farming on the environment, as well as human health. Naturally that movie "turns a blind eye" to mass dolphin slaughter. If you want to watch a movie about the effects of industrial farming, don't watch the Cove you idiot.
