  • The gentelman is showing good ways to work your abs. I would also like to add that former MR olympia dexter jackson NEVER trains abs. Abs come into play in free weight compound movements like squats deadlifts and rows etc. To see the abs the bodyfat does have to be reduced period. You will not SEE abs at 20% bodyfat i dont care if you do 1000 situps a day. Personaly i always had genetically developed abs so i never had to do weighted ab excercises.

  • geezzzzz you cant get a six pack from just a diet!, you can get skinny from a diet but you CANNOT get a 6 pack from it. even if you are gonna diet you have to work out or it'll never show up.

  • Jimmy, you're absolutely right on the workout, however i fear that you may not be illustrating the moves accurately

    i.e. at 1:05 one can see your legs rocking you up, whereas the knees should be locked, and movements should be controlled and steady

    2nd when doing wood-chops ( 1:42 ) one should have their hips facing directly in front (where feet at pointing) and should not move, however upper body should rotate as you execute the move from side to side

  • Thank you for the kind words. When you look at training however you may need to have a little rocking, especially to minimize hip flexor action and it can be helpful to rotate your hips depending on issues/strength
