Obviously to get pulled over twice in one trip you weren't really paying attention to the road ahead. Lesson number one: Get a radar detector...money you would spend on it is not lost in traffic violation fines. Lesson two: when driving on the interstate look down the road for police in ditches, next to bridges, and in the median. I would bet a lot of money that these tickets could have been avoided by simple ticket avoiding common sense and or only going 7-9 over instead of 18-21 over lol.

For every 15mph over the speed limit, there is a different tier of cost. So say the spedd is 55 and youre going between 56-70mph , thats tier #1 and might cost $140. Well if youre going 70-85, thats tier #2 and might cost you $260 and so on..... hope that helps
