  • @shizzlecrads thanks alot x) depending on each individuals body :) some people just dont have the flexibility to perform the full range of motion, i have been doing it for years and have experienced no issues whatsoever, the larger range of motion you can get, the better :)

  • I love this workout, but going as for down as you down with oyur flys is bad for your shoulders/chest, jussayin'. :)

  • Thanks for uploading this gave me a better idea on what to do for my body and keep a good form :)
