the new cool down on consecration is 30 seconds (or 36 with the glyph) will that ever decrease cause im dual spec holy/prot pally lvl 41, and when i tank i need that move to hold aggro, and 30 seconds is a long time to wait for that move.

Works for me also I throw in a HW in there so Avengers Sheild to pull hammer of righteous Avengers you hold aggro just fine
