so hows the bass response on this pedal? PGS or anyone whos tried one? I favor a pretty tight distortion, so as not to muddy up palm muted low notes, but unfortunatly the "tightness" of a pedal is hard to determine via youtube...

this pedal is just a greandae, hbe should throw it in the trenches and burry it, a great compnay, bad pedal. a very nasal unatural sounding pedal IMHO. i dont enjoy most metal pedals but if i had to choose, it would be the eh metal muff series very organic for ass circuit if you ask me.

Andy is great. I can remember a time working at Guitar Center during the mid nineties and these 40 year old reps from Digitech and Boss all played the same 70's Riffs. Don't get me wrong that stuff is cool. But it's nice that Andy is young enough to connect with a younger crowd with his demos. Very effective sales method :) Good job andy!

Do not listen to him. Avoid Boss unless it's a digital delay.

I would suggest a distortion over fuzz for tighter low end and a hard pick attack. The key to getting a dark and heavy tone is control over the midrange (usually pulled down). Have you checked out the Distortion category from our Video Library? Thanks,
