Incitement to Religious Hatred Law? While I understand the fundamental argument here I smell a red herring. Ultimately, anyone who feels religiously "put upon" could easily argue for application of such a law. As an atheist I could potentially be charged due by blaspheming the Prophet Mohammed, even if I don't recognize the authority of such a figure.

1. In Matthew 10:9-10 and Luke 9:3-5, a staff is included in the list of things NOT to take.

That proves that it is the same Bible that Mohammed told Jews and Christians to consult about the Old and New Testaments. The Gospels were probably written within 20 years of the death of Jesus. No atheist or Muslim has ever been able to prove the Bibl was changed.

btw- The Trinity was not invented at the council of nicea, but later. Nicea was to decide the nature of Jesus. The gospels pre-existence the council of nicea, I have never alleged otherwise - organise your facts straight please.
