  • @nicholasbhicks wow it took a hole 9 months for you to come up with that. how dumb are you? fucking white trash redneck. ha...ha.. ill feed you to my boa ha... ha..

  • I wonder what that police officer did to the bear.

  • They weren't allowed to touch him. He is still lurking around!

  • They haven't reported anymore about it lately. Hopefully he's gone for good

  • Good job getting that on video. Have you seen it anyymore?

  • Thank you everyone for the comments! I cant believe how many views are on this video!!!!!!

  • that is cool!!!! he is a friend of mine. not only is he a bear whisperer but also a hell of a fisherman. YOU DA MAN BOCHADLY!!!

  • has anyone thought to inform the Girl Scout camp?

  • lol they had a lockdown and everything.

there weren't any campers though so it was ok.

  • He was just spotted at a girl's scout camp!

  • I was driving through Waynesville and the bear knocked on my window while I was at a stoplight. He asked for a cigarette and a lighter, but I didn't have any.

  • Shouldn't that bear be in Chicago playing football?

  • He is just heading to The Bears Wax, my candle company in Waynesville. He must have heard about my "bears cave" where I am busy making candles for the fall season and wants to help "the Bear"!

  • I was just there and sure wished I had seen it. That would have been to cool.

  • FAKE!!!!! Just Kiddin. We almost hit him one night on the way home just outside of Pleasant Plain. He was haulin ass too. If you see him, stay away. He's FAST!

  • My brother-in-law and sister live that around there. The one that was spotted in the driveway around there was right up the street from them. Should be fun to see them around. Cant wait till they come to hamilton county.

  • There has been bear in southern ohio for years what bothers me is that the sheriff is walking towards it. Everything I have read about bears tell people to slowly back away. The guy was lucky the bear didnt feel threatened.

  • Shit The one thing nice about this area is we had nothing poisonous, or could eat us. Guess that's over. I'd prefer they stay in the smokey mtns myself. They can be quite a nuisance.

  • Last time I checked black widow spiders could be found in this area as well as copperhead snakes, both of which are poisoness. And when coyotes pack up they can be dangerous as well. So there goes your theory right there. I'm glad the bear's here, it can hang out on my property (I have acreage south of waynesville, mostly wooded)

  • @ChibiOkamiko Yeah right. You go ahead and catch a copperhead on your property and post it on Youtube same with the Black Widow. Good luck with your search. Yes I know they have them in ohio but very sparse and scattered. Just like the black bear.

  • @ednkristi Geez, did I say they were common? No, I said they were found here. Unlike you, who said "we had NOTHING poisonous" Even a small population is more than nothing. So you have to reply to a two year old comment to sarcastically mock me for saying that two poisonous species are found in south-western Ohio like I'm some loopy seeing them everywhere. Copperheads wouldn't be found on my property, it's the wrong type of habitat, they prefer rocky areas or brush piles to my shady damp woods.

  • WOW, i was told that there were bears showing up around town but I didn't believe anybody! wow, just wow....

  • Shut up blondie...you just sound dumb :p jk lol

  • Thanks for sharing this video. I haven't seen a black bear since I was a kid near Clarksville, Ohio. Did the sheriff call anyone to deal with the bear or did they leave it to go on it's way?

  • Deal with it? It's a wild animal, and it wasn't threatening anybody.

  • That is exactly what I meant. Usually people scream "wild animal" and panic. They should have taken pictures or whatever and let it go on it's merry way. I hoped with the sheriff there he was just there to see it and not call for some department to remove the bear.

  • Holy shit. I live on that road. Now i have to worry about fucking BEARS.

  • My husband Chad Tackett is the one who filmed this footage!

  • Wow! Thx for posting. If there's any more details & video footage on this, please post. Thx again!

  • i hope everyone just leaves buckeye the bear alone and welcomes her to our are i am the one who shot the video and i was just happy to catch a glimpse of mother nature in action i say there is definite room for the bear here so lets just let it be

  • My daughter just told me that over on their farm near Wilmington, OH - last week a bear was tranquilized and taken to West Virginia

  • that is crazy. imagine being out deer hunting in this area and running into a black bear. i had heard people talking about them moving into the area but i never believed it. i do now
