Well, I think we British deserve some notice and these two cast members do a really good job of staying in character of Jack and Sally (which is what should matter above all else). In my opinion, it's no different when an English-speaking character speaks French or a Japanese anime character speaks English, as long as they are still keeping true to the character. Whether you go to Disneyland Florida, Paris, Hong Kong or Tokyo, it will still be the magical kingdom with it's well-known characters.

I have one quick question: are Jack and Sally at Disneyland all year round or just around Halloween? I'm going at the start of July with my mates. If Jack and Sally are there then it would make our holiday. But I don't want to go thinking that they'll be there and be disappointed when they're not.

Jack and Sally are out during the Halloween season at Disneyland Paris. I think they have been seen very rarely outside of these times. You can always ask City Hall when you arrive and they can check for you, you never know you might be lucky.
