@SuperNenalove I actually sold this about a year ago because I didnt use it much- sorry! Yes they can be used as eye shadow- you just have to be sure to put a base on first!

I agree with you about the shimmer brick from Bobbi Brown, it is just too much shine for me. (I gave it to a 20 year old friend). The Smashbox is much better and give just a glow over your blush.

I love your videos. Have you ever thought of facing the camera in the other direction so we can see your swatches more clearly with the natural light from your windows? You have so much open space and light, and the window light facing your face directly would help us see the swatches perfectly. Thanks so much for this video!

Thanks for the idea! The problem is I live in a refinished row home in the city and the room is long and narrow, so there really is no room to turn around or to put anything over by the windows. :o( I will try to get the lighting better!

i have rose,bronze,apricot and tawny shimmer bricks from bobbi.they are great with a slight difference between them.i use them often.nice review.

Thanks for posting this! I have had my eye on shimmer bricks for awhile now, but I too have/had reservations! You have given me so much more to think about. My eyes and mind are now open. Thanks love:)

From what I am hearing the key with shimmer bricks is to get the color that bests works with your skin tone (rose is what people r telling me I should use) and then buying- I was suckered by the packaging- I will find a use for it though or use it lightly! Enjoy!

YOu will love the high beam! it is great and easy to use and build if you want more shine. I have heard from friends now that I should try the shimmer brick in rose- they think it would better suit my skintone. I may get it soon- look for it in one of my hauls! :o) Thanks for watching!
