@sweiland75 aww common it was the 60's this was whatwas good and it extreamlycauchy XD(however i think evryone would make fun of ontario if this was in use still so yeah maybe its a good thingXD)
This is soooooo funny. I whistling the song and decided to Youtube it. And lo and behold you were so kind to post it. It brings back so many memories when I was younger. I think it played at Ontario place when the clock hit the hour.
My high school choir (from Kapuskasing) sang this on a trip to the Manitoba provincial parliament. The echoes from the big domed ceiling confused us so much we had to stop in the middle and start over. Rather embarrassing.
I believe there is a French speaking community in Manitoba- descendants of the Metis, perhaps - but I think only about 4%. There were a lot more Francophones in Kapuskasing, where I used to live. It is now about 60% I think.
Lorsque j'étais à Montréal une fois, le sommet du mont Royal, j'ai commandé un "sandwich au jambon et au fromage" and the guy answered me back in English, so I guess I wasn't fooling him...
(I had a little bit of help from Google with this.)
yeah, In Montreal they are billingual so when they see someone with an english accent when they speak French, they will immediatly speak english. it's a kind of reflex. Maybe they want to have the best cussumer services. Don't worry, it wasn't you ;)
That sucked. Wtf?
