@gorpusasasa Personally I would advise telecaster because that guitar pretty much defined the tone of blues/rock guitar. But if you're going for something a little more unique (not that the telecaster isn't unique) then go for the danelectro.

A black one, one cutaway, one single lipstick and the sound from my classic 4x10 peavey is just gorgeous. That guitar help me create a lot of beautiful sounds. Those Dan Electros are not Toys, They are not High End Guitars. But I would dare you to find a better value at 300.00. I have a couple of Dano Basses and would use them as my primary gigging basses anytime even though I have several high end basses.

@bluewine1 The Squire Classic Vibe guitars were pretty awesome at the same price range. An Epiphone LP Standard is a pretty solid instrument, a bit different style than a Dano, but IMO a much more solid instrument.

Paul riario is a musiacl masterpiece in motion. All of his demos should have a disclaimer saying" these results are not typical" everytime he fascinates with some amaIng tying together of improvised licks. Just another example of why GW should list what their rig is on every demo. This sounds good, but a great amp makes anything sound good. I wonder what it sounds like through an amp that someone in the market for a $350 guitar would buy. I really don't like that you cannot change the intonation either.

The Danelctro has been around from a long time and was on many classic studio recordings in the 60's. Both Entwhistle and Townsend of the who used them in studio a lot back in the day. As well as Jimmy Page. Page even took Danes out on tour and played them at most shows for most of Led Zeps touring days.
