I think the whole skirt thing is more like a fad or maybe a fashion statement , If you look closely I'm pretty sure I saw some of the backgroud dancers with one two. It's also a possibility that it's not a skirt at all, maybe a long undershirt type thing (which is like a dress wich isnt any different) or REALLY big shorts GD is a fashion icon, he wears whatever he feels like and personally I think it's kool!
