That's really cool Chef Todd. It's great to see you in action in front of a live audience. Sounds like they were into it. I'm getting ready to purchase new knives to replace the ones we got for our wedding back in 2002. They were wood handles and I confess I didn't take very good care of them so the wood began to loosen up and warp. The only knife I ever use anymore is my Victorinox Chef's knife. Now I want to replace the other three.
